There is no return or refund on customised pieces however customised pieces can be changed to different names, words etc. For more details on changing a customised piece please see "Replacements and Repairs" section.

If you have made an error in the name/word in the frame: Please return the frame wrapped carefully in a sturdy cardboard box with packing (newspaper/bubble wrap) to:

Please note the frame must be received in perfect condition, unfortunately repairs to frames are NOT possible. Please do not post in a padded envelope.

Replacement Engraving
Engraving plates are attached with double sided tape so can be removed by lifting carefully from one side. Replacement engraving will cover any marks that may occur when removing.
